Very simple but tastes great!
Ingredients
- Courgette
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive Oil
- Honey
Method
- Chop the courgette into chunks (about 1.5 inches square).
- Pop on a roasting tray and drizzle with oil and honey. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Roast for about 20 minutes until golden on the edges
