Very simple but tastes great!


  • Courgette
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive Oil
  • Honey


  • Chop the courgette into chunks (about 1.5 inches square).
  • Pop on a roasting tray and drizzle with oil and honey. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
  • Roast for about 20 minutes until golden on the edges
